Heard Varney was going 195, if it’s true , Griffin from Merrimack should probably slide in there at 220.

Thanks for taking the time to load up the first rankings of the year.

At 113 I would slide the bottom two out and replace with Cam Sweezy of Central and Cooper Knowles of Keene.

At 106 Charlie Comeau of Plymouth is probably #2 if he goes back down from 113 at the end of the season

The only big omission I noticed is John Austin from White Mt's.  I would put him #1 at 120 or 126 where he has wrestled all year.  But rumor has it he could go 113 again.  If that's the case it's 30 second pins for him all the way to the semi's at New Englands.

Wow...Austin was a big oversight.  He'll be in next week.

The 113 group from 2-8 is pretty wide open.  Sweezy was an oversight and has a result against Harvey so he will likely get in.  Knowles, I don't have enough data on.

Thanks.  I agree Griffin is the mix if Varney moves.

Cam Varney is at 195. He wrestled there at the Timberlane tourney and at the Central Dual Meets.  Alex Ashooh at 220 from Manchester Memorial should be considered, but I dont know the success rate the current top 5 have in relation to him.

Ashooh definitely merits consideration.

A lot has happened this month! Curious to see the next rankings. Austin from White Mountain, Cleary and Comeau from Plymouth and Almonte from Merrimack have been wrestling very well. Moving into states soon it will be interesting to see how everything turns out.

No Doubt!  120 and 138 are the two weight classes that don't have a clear favorite.  Austin is probably a favorite at 120 because of age, size, and strength but Matt Adams style gave him trouble last year.

I talked to a really good 138 a few weeks ago that wrestled everybody on that list above and he was clear that Rioux was the best.  He didn't hesitate.  But it's close enough that mistakes, coaching and nerves could play a role.

FYI, Sharron is 132.

Seems to be a lot of late weight changes and season ending injuries. Should make for some interesting post season matches.
